LC Seating are one of Ireland's leading suppliers of rehabilitation and seating products. Established in March 2008, our head office is in Grange, Co Sligo and we operate throughout Ireland, Northern Ireland and Great Britain. We primarily work with occupational therapy / seating clinics - providing engineered solutions for a variety of complex seating needs. We specialise in the provision of all types of custom-made mobility seating and sleep systems.
Due to increasing growth we are now seeking a Digital Marketing Officer who will support the Marketing and Sales Manager to deliver creative and impactful marketing and communications for the whole organisation that grows our brand and supports income generation.
As Digital Marketing Officer, you will assist in all areas of marketing, communications and PR, helping to deliver on a range of reactive and strategically planned opportunities for a series of segmented markets relating to the health sector in Ireland, Great Britain and Europe.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Working with 3 party graphic designers as appropriate use stock marketing collateral to create digital graphics for events, campaigns, promotional activities, reports, presentations, website and social media channels, with consistent quality and on brand.
- To support colleagues within the team and across the organisation to bring creative ideas to life through high quality design and innovative content.
- To keep design templates up to date for online and offline marketing materials.
- Working with the wider team to keep the website and social media channels up to date with accurate and engaging content.
- Monitor customer interaction across online platforms to ensuring positive and negative customer interaction is managed appropriately.
- Scheduling all digital media activities for all platforms, including email, SMS and social media.
- Working with technical partners as appropriate design and implement a long term digital strategy – likely to include SEO campaigns, email strategies, pay per click, remarketing, organic social, website UX, e-commerce etc.
Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
The following will be expected from the successful candidate:
- A relevant 3 level qualification.
- 1 years of proven successful experience in executing digital media or web strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an outstanding level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of web accessibility and usability standards.
- Knowledge of digital metrics such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and or other similar platforms.
- Experience in using a range of digital strategy software (such as SEMRush, Hotjar, Mail Chimp etc.).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
Desirable Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
- A 3 level qualification in marketing or digital strategy related discipline.
- Experience in managing PPC and SEO.
- Significant experience in writing SEO focused content for a digital audience.
- Significant experience working with a CMS (Content Management System).
- Technical knowledge of Google Ad campaign design and implementation.
- Experience of solely designing, implementing and evaluating your own digital strategy.
- Experience of business to business digital marketing.
- Good verbal and written communication skills – especially regarding proactive communication within the sales environment and their associated teams.
- A good commercial and business acumen including proven experience in the measurement, design and / or implementation of digital strategies.
- Professional approach to work while maintaining a friendly persona with clients and colleagues alike.
