Maintenance Manager - Handyman

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join our client's team as a Maintenance Manager

Position: Maintenance ManagerLocation: Dublin covering locations between Santry, East Wall and Dublin 4Industry: Accommodation Services

Working Hours: 40 hours per weekHourly Rate: €24 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing, plumbing, electrical across 3 sites in Dublin

• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues

• Install and repair appliances, fixtures, and furniture

• Handle basic carpentry work

• Address safety hazards promptly

• Supervise Maintenance assistants and sign off on work

• Paint and touch up surfaces as needed

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients or residents

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Skills and Experience:

The successful candidate will have

• One trade qualification, preferably plumbing

• Knowledge of electrical and carpentry work

• Proven experience in a similar role

• Excellent time management skills

• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations

• Ability to respond quickly to requests

• Full clean driving licence with own transport

• Detail orientated
