Role Overview
We are looking for a candidate to work alongside our growing digital team to manage high quality
digital campaigns. This person will have experience in running paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including email. They will oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising. The ideal candidate will need to be able to create and curate content for various digital platforms.
The Candidate
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working on paid digital media campaigns on agency, brand, or platform side
Worked across digital campaigns from strategy to execution
Strong knowledge of key digital paid media platforms including paid social, search and email
Implementing Campaigns: oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
Content Creation/Management: create and curate content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters. They will need to ensure that content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for search engines (SEO) to drive traffic and achieve marketing goals
Social Media Management: managing our clients social media accounts is a significant aspect of this role – creating and publishing content, engaging with followers, monitoring social
media trends, and analysing performance metrics to improve social media presence and engagement
Measure ROI and KPIs – accurate, insightful reporting driving results for client campaigns
Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget in line with client/ company spends
A natural interest in digital media and platform trends
Analytical mindset and data driven approach to insight and optimisation
Self-starter, ambitious and team player who does not wait for instruction
Experience with reporting software tools is advantageous
Extremely detail oriented and organised in approach
Competency with budget management
The Role:
Daily management of digital campaigns across multiple digital channels, including but not exclusive to paid social, search and email
Campaign building
Ongoing optimisation
Weekly and monthly reporting to clients, highlighting key campaign results, insights, and patterns
Utilising reporting tools to present results internally and externally
Support account management on key accounts
Campaign data analysis to provide insight and shape strategy
Writing ad copy to accompany digital campaigns
Help with organic content strategy for specific accounts
Working directly with our platform partners to continually innovate at a campaign level
Support digital team with research where applicable
