PCO is hiring a QA Analyst who will work with a team of Quality Department personnel and collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest quality standards in all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities:
Perform raw material, finished product and packaging material testing as required
GMP documentation preparation and review
Identify, report and assist with quality related deviation and quality defect investigations and CAPAs ensuring completion within stated due dates
Perform deviation investigations and root cause analysis
Participate in quality risk assessments when required
Customer complaint investigation
Supplier Approval
Support the management of the Learning Management System
Perform timely review of documentation/investigations/reports highlighting and assisting in the resolution of issues commensurate with the level of risk
Supporting change control review and actions
Provide support with internal and regulatory audits/inspections as required
Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and product quality
Assist in the generation and reporting of monthly Quality metrics
Your background and experience:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment.
Demonstrate knowledge of document control fundamentals, Quality Systems and GMP requirements
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and written English
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
