PCO is hiring a QA Analyst who will work with a team of Quality Department personnel and collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest quality standards in all aspects of the business.

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems

Responsibilities:

  • Perform raw material, finished product and packaging material testing as required

  • GMP documentation preparation and review

  • Identify, report and assist with quality related deviation and quality defect investigations and CAPAs ensuring completion within stated due dates

  • Perform deviation investigations and root cause analysis

  • Participate in quality risk assessments when required

  • Customer complaint investigation

  • Supplier Approval

  • Support the management of the Learning Management System

  • Perform timely review of documentation/investigations/reports highlighting and assisting in the resolution of issues commensurate with the level of risk

  • Supporting change control review and actions

  • Provide support with internal and regulatory audits/inspections as required

  • Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and product quality

  • Assist in the generation and reporting of monthly Quality metrics

Your background and experience:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of document control fundamentals, Quality Systems and GMP requirements

  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and written English

  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
