Job Title: Office Administrator – Le Cheile School’s Trust

The Le Chéile Education Trust which is a lay trust founded by 16 congregations to assume responsibility for the patronage and trusteeship of over 75 schools.
Location: Templeogue, Dublin 6 (Onsite)
Hours: 20 Hours per week (5 Mornings per Week)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable and organised Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for schools, staff, and external stakeholders, you’ll be the face of our Trust Office managing day-to-day operations with efficiency, warmth, and strong practical sense.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong multitasking skills who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management: Serve as the first point of contact for external stakeholders by answering calls, emails, and in-person queries with professionalism and warmth. -
Executive Support: Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive. -
Administration: Manage Trust records, correspondence, and general administrative tasks to support the leadership team. Keep the Trust office organised, process paperwork, and support internal communications. -
Event Coordination: Assist in organising Trust-wide meetings, training sessions, and events, ensuring all logistics are in place. Liaise with hotels for event coordination and provide feedback summaries. -
Diary & Scheduling: Engage in forward planning and communication with stakeholders. Maintain calendars, arrange appointments, and ensure timetables run smoothly. -
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office tools including Teams, SharePoint, as well as managing social media and website updates.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 3 years of general administrative experience.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Warm and approachable: You’re a great communicator who puts people at ease. Smart and practical: You’re quick-thinking, solution-focused, and have strong situational awareness. Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dedicated team.
Passion for the organisation’s mission and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
