(full-time) to join our team in Dublin, where you will have the opportunity to

work in a growing and progressive HR Consultancy, supporting general HR

administrative duties as well as involvement in key HR related projects. It’s a

fantastic opportunity to develop your HR skills, apply your academic learning

in a real live environment and to gain knowledge and experience from our team

of expert HR professionals. We have a flexible working policy and have

offices based in Blackrock Co. Dublin close to the Dart and public transport.

 

You will work as an integral part of our team, interfacing with

our clients and our consultants on a daily basis. Considerable on-the-job

coaching and mentoring will be provided.

 

What you can expect to do in this role:


  •  Provide administrative and HR support to the management team
  • Respond to daily queries from associates and clients
  • Be involved in key HR team projects, provide input, participation and feedback
  • Assist with recruitment activities for the consultancy and our clients
  • Work on software implementation and reporting
  • Provide administration support to consultants engaged in major client projects
  • Develop HR and Employment legislation expertise
  • Generate HR Reports from our CRM to track monthly KPI’s and follow up as required.
  • Support the effective management of HR projects, completing data research & compiling data

analysis and reports

What you will bring to our team:


  • You will be enthusiastic and passionate about developing your HR career
  • A graduate from a HR related degree (Masters would be a benefit but not essential)
  • Have some relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a strong communicator, have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail, a good proof reader and driven to complete tasks and progress
  • Excellent IT/Microsoft Office skills
  • A good work ethic with a positive can-do attitude and approach to work
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and equally as part of a team
  • Be able to multitask and take ownership for the quality and completion of your work to a very high

standard with minimum supervision
