We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join our rapidly expanding team.
The focus of this role
We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced professional to join our team and head up our marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to support our growth in this key region.
The role requires a leader with strong people skills, digital first mindset and a proven ability to design and deliver impactful marketing strategies that deliver excellent brand positioning and value perception amongst a diverse set of customers across B2C and B2B.
You will collaborate with the Senior leadership team feeding into company-wide strategic and operational marketing initiatives.
Role Detail
Strategy – Create a strategic marketing plan to help deliver scalability and growth in line with business planning
Analyse competition, SWOT, Segmentation, channels to market
Budget Management and ROI
Responsibility for the website and roadmap to deliver increased sales through eCommerce
Brand Positioning – devising strategies to position the brand in the industry at large and within the company’s target sectors
Thought Leadership Programme – build our brand and position CGI as an authoritative voice in the market in partnership with PR
PR - Management of agency and plan
Marketing campaign management and ROI metric and reporting for senior management
Event Planning and Management - Developing regional events and conference participation plan
Collateral Development - Developing highly professional differentiating messaging, capability statements, white papers, reports, sales and business development collateral to support growth in partnership with the content team.
Impact Marketing – working with the CRO to demonstrate positive impact of marketing investments made across multiple marketing channels
Desired Experience and Education
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with 5+ years’ experience working in a multidimensional marketing role with similar responsibilities
Strong digital marketing experience
Ambitious self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work independently to achieve deadlines
Strategic thinking paired with practical implementation skills
Comfortable working in a startup environment and enjoys the opportunity of scaling a brand
Creative with strong oral and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Effective multi-tasker, with the ability to work well under pressure
Strong people skills and collaborative approach to working within a global team across a growing company
