HR Director

Location: Kildare/Wicklow region

Working Model: onsite presence required (with some flexibility)

We are currently partnering with our client, a mission-driven organisation based in the Kildare/Wicklow region, in the appointment of an experienced and strategic HR Director.

Reporting to the CEO, the HR Director will play a key role in shaping and leading the organisation’s people strategy, ensuring the attraction, development and retention of a high-performing workforce. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of HR operations including employee relations, talent management, organisational development, performance management, policy development and compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting organisational growth and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role

• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice

• Proven experience in employee relations, organisational change and strategic HR management

• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
