operator and investor in the sustainable repositioning and development of real estate.


Since 2016, Fine Grain Property (“Fine Grain”) has acquired 21 commercial properties across

Ireland including the development of two greenfield sites into LEED Gold office facilities. Funds

advised by Fine Grain currently own and manage 19 properties and c. 1.25 million square feet of

POSITION SUMMARY

As our business continues to grow and evolve, so do the demands on our finance function. To

maintain operational efficiency, accuracy, and continuity, we’re looking to strengthen our team with additional day-to-day finance support.


We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our finance team in a part-time

capacity (20-25 hours per week, office-based). Reporting to the Finance Director and working

closely with the broader finance team, this role is key to supporting the smooth running of our daily financial operations.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and execute monthly payment runs on time

  • Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness

  • Maintain accurate and organised financial records to support internal reporting

  • Assist with employee expense processing and ensure compliance with company policies

  • Support cash flow monitoring by providing timely data on payables and receivables

  • Update and maintain supplier and customer records in financial systems

  • Respond to internal and external finance-related queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Lease administration & support input into lease management systems

  • Assist in preparing of VAT returns

  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end management account close

  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities, where relevant

  • Help document and maintain finance procedures and policies

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a finance or accounts administration role

  • Proficiency in accounts payable and general ledger processes

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

  • Exposure to lease administration or property-related finance tasks an advantage

  • Highly organised with good attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
